Thank you for the kind donation from Con Club Kempston
The Bedfordshire SANDS Group would like to thank Audra from the Con Club Kempston for kindly donating a fantastic amount of £2,131.50.
Not only did Audra raise these funds for the SANDS Memorial Garden but she also decided to donate half of the funds to the charity FACES.
Audra organised a charity fun day on the 5th May consisting of a Sports Day in the morning and live singers and entertainment in the evening. There was a raffle, auction, cake sale and BBQ with a fully packed day for all those who attended. The games commenced in the morning with those in attendance also went the extra mile to get dressed up in Super Heroes costumes. The party then resumed back at the Con Club with the raffle/auction/cake sale all raising the funds to help the charities.
Thanks everyone who participated in the event, with special thanks to Audra who went the extra mile to ensure the day was a success and these monies were raised for the charities.
